Order Smokes Direct
Beware of purchasing cigarettes from the online company, Order Smokes Direct.
Stolen Customer Base
At one time they provided a referral program to build their customer base. Once that base was built, they effectively stole those customers from their referral agents and stopped paying the commissions they had previously commited to paying.
Non-delivery of Product
Beware of paying for your product by ACH transfer from your bank account. When they don't ship your ordered products, they make it all but impossible to recover the money they withdrew from your checking account. They may claim to send product, but when it never arrives, they refuse to stand behind their so-called guarantee and you're simply out the money spent.
Buyer Beware: This company has repeatedly proven themselves to be untrustworthy.

Yall are such idiots! You are upset that you recieved a tax bill….wah! Honestly read the info you recieve in the mail its posted everywhere.. "Buyer is responsibly for payment of applicable taxes". Read the bottom of your invoices where the integrety agreement is listed stating you agree that you are responsible for your taxes. Chances are you signed it and mailed it in for that $5 coupon right!? As for your order start a damn tracer and quit trying to spread lies you know youll get your money back or at least a new order so whipe your tears and move on!
