How to Avoid Cigarettes Tax Surprises

To avoid bad CIGARETTES TAX SURPRISES, ask your current or prospective supplier the following questions - and be sure you're getting honest and complete answers because they have every reason to lie!

Always Ask:

  1. Do you report any purchases under the Jenkins Act?
If the answer is “yes” - you will receive a tax bill from your State.

  2. Do you absolutely guarantee that you will not share my personal or ordering information with any US State or Federal Government Agency?
If the answer is “no” - you are at risk of having your purchase reported to your State and being taxed.

  3. Do the cigarettes you offer include any State tax?
If the answer is “yes” you are not purchasing tax free cigarettes and you are not saving any money! In fact you are probably spending more after shipping fees are added!

  4. Do you ship to all 50 States?
If the answer is “no” then the supplier is not 100% Sovereign and you are at High Risk of having your purchases reported to your State and being taxed.

  5. Can I pay for my order with a major credit card?
If the supplier is located in the USA (even on a Native American Reservation) and the answer is “yes” - your purchase will be reported and you will probably be taxed! The major credit card companies are monitoring & regulating online and mail order cigarette purchases! Therefore, any offshore use of a Visa card may also be dangerous. NOTE: The banks are following the trend and are not far behind, and direct withdrawal E-Checks may soon become dangerous too or a thing of the past!
