Merchants say no to courtyard smoking (Santa Cruz Sentinel)
There will be absolutely no smoking at Plaza Vigil across from the City Plaza. Nearly a dozen merchants signed a petition that bans smoking tobacco inside the courtyard of the small downtown shopping area. In the next two to three weeks, no-smoking signs will be posted. more…
