Business After the Smoking Ban (WKBN 27 Youngstown)

The smoking ban in Ohio has people talking all over the state…since in went into effect last month. First News spoke to a couple local businesses about how it's been affecting them so far.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Youngstown has always been a hot-spot for sports fans, but lately, it seems that heat is starting to cool.

Manager Shane Headley says they've enforced the ban since it went into effect December 7th, but it's been especially frustrating to know other local establishments are still allowing smoking, since the rules haven't really even been established yet.

On the flip side, businesses BASED on tobacco sales, like Plaza Book and Smoke in Boardman, are hotter than ever.  more…
