Another Legal Challenge to Omaha's Smoking Ban

THIS RAISING THE PRICES ON CIGARETTES IS TARGETING AGAINST A SINGLE GROUP OF PEOPLE. ISN'T THAT DISCRIMINATION??? WHY SHOULD WE BE THE ONLY ONES TO HAVE TO PAY. IF THEY RAISED THE SALES TAX THRU OUT THE US THIS WOULD SOLVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS AND EVERYONE PAYS NOT A SINGLED OUT GROUP !!!!!
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE !! THIS IS NOT RIGHT !!
